So I said I would post a before and after again this month and here it is.
I am in shock at the difference just from this month. Most of the difference has been attributed to diet. I spent a good 10 days really sick so this progress has been made in the last 10 days being able to work out.
My butt is a little higher too! That would be the brazil butt lift workout! I still have a ways to go before I am completely satisfied but I am very happy with the progress I’ve made.
